All orders are processed within our normal business days and hours (excluding weekends and Public Holidays) once we have received your order.
Australian Domestic Shipping Rates
We offer Express Shipping at a flat rate of $12.40 via Australia Post. Free shipping on orders over $200 Australia wide.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number that can be used to check the status of your order. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and invoice number, so we can look into this for you.
We would love our customers to be happy and completely satisfied with their product purchase. If you have any concerns, please follow the process outlined below:
Damaged, faulty or incorrectly sent products
If you have accidentally received the incorrect product, your product has a fault, or it has arrived in an unsatisfactory manner, please let us know within 2 days of receiving your order. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org stating your name, invoice number, reason for return and a photo of your product.
In the rare case you have a reaction to any of our products, please email us at email@example.com stating your name, invoice number, products used and a detailed description of what has occurred including photos of reaction. Products should be no more than ¼ used and within 30 days from the purchase date.
Changed your mind?
We are happy to offer you a credit when a change of mind occurs. These products must be UNOPENED, in original packaging and within 14 days from the purchase date. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org stating your name, invoice number, photo of products and reason for return.
Once we have received your email, we will be in contact with you regarding your concern. Credits, refunds or replacement products are assessed case by case and at the discretion of Skin Suite Australia.
Please do not send products back to us unless your return has been approved by Skin Suite Australia. We do not reimburse return postage costs unless the product being returned is due to an error of Skin Suite Australia.
