Shipping policy

All orders are processed within our normal business days and hours (excluding weekends and Public Holidays) once we have received your order.

Australian Domestic Shipping Rates

We offer Express Shipping at a flat rate of $14.45 via Australia Post. Free shipping on orders over $200 Australia wide.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number that can be used to check the status of your order. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@skinsuite.com.au with your name and invoice number, so we can look into this for you.
